Delete your account
Delete your TengriVPN account and associated account data using either method below.
In the Android app
- Open Account → Delete account.
- Enter your current password and type DELETE.
- Confirm the permanent deletion request.
Without the app
Email contact@tengriglobalgroup.com from your registered email with the subject “TengriVPN account deletion request”. State that you want your account deleted. Support will verify ownership before acting. Do not include your password, VPN private key or payment-card details.
What is removed
Deletion invalidates sessions, removes account authentication information and DNS preferences, and revokes associated VPN devices and forwarding leases. Gateway removal must propagate; offline gateways enforce bounded existing peer leases. Identifying references in relevant audit records are anonymized.
What may remain
Security audit information can remain for up to three years after identifying references are removed. Hashed deletion markers prevent account restoration from older backups. Encrypted daily backup snapshots expire under a separate 30-day policy; they are not rewritten immediately by an account-deletion request.
